What you'll do: Manage your own caseload of possession proceedings largely relying upon the Grounds in Schedule 2 of the Housing Act 1988 Handle injunction applications and defend claims issued against it particularly under Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 Provide advice to key stakeholders in the business on a range of Housing issues Deliver cost-effective legal advice and manage relationships with external law firms Supervise a paralegal Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships What you bring: UK qualified lawyer with 8 years’ experience in Real Estate Knowledge of the Housing Act 1988, Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 and Equality Act 2010 Excellent organisational and communication skills High degree of initiative Ability to provide first-rate client service both internally and externally What sets this company apart: This organisation prides itself on delivering quality service to its clients.
