Your new role
Support the Head of Legal and General Counsel by providing legal and regulatory advice to senior management, committees, internal departments, and subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
Set targets and standards with the Head of Legal.
Provide legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters to various internal teams.
Assist with drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.
Advise senior management and committees.
Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-department projects.
Communicate progress regularly with clients and management.
Instruct and manage external legal advisers as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in:
Providing legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters.
Working with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Handling cross-department and multi-stakeholder projects.
1-3 PQE as a guideline only.
