Reporting to the General Counsel, the role will include:
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of supplier and customer contractual matters; Advising on a varied caseload of matters which may include regulatory compliance, financial services, or commercial law, corporate, competition law and intellectual property; Advising on new product development and other commercial opportunities; Actively contributing to and supporting the development of more junior members of the team including sharing knowledge and providing feedback; Reviewing and updating policies and procedures; Delivering training to the wider team and/or business.
This role would suit a lawyer with at least 4 years PQE in commercial law, ideally with some in-house experience; however, applications from private practice lawyers with varied commercial experience are welcome. The role is hybrid with 1-2 days per week in the office and there is a good suite of benefits including:
