- Relevant to our people, our partners, and the planet. As an In-House Loss Prevention Supervisor, we would like to bring your experience and passion in this field to enable us to constantly evolve. Working with the store team, you will effectively help create a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment by providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store. As part of the store team, you will be required to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding, and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware of any potential risks to the store, delivering effective conflict resolution, and ensuring loss awareness remains a top priority through excellent coaching, influence, and support. You will also be responsible, with the help of the store manager, for educating our store team on Loss Prevention and our practices within our stores. The role will require you to handle external theft situations professionally and safely; you will need to be engaging, resilient, and focused to make a difference. You are required to assist the store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop. By working closely with the team, you will be identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information, and acting as a deterrent on the shop floor. You will ensure Company policies and standards around the front of the store are always adhered to with a good focus on housekeeping around the entrance to the store as well as signing and checking visitors in. Qualifications

About you: Experience in dealing with Crime Resolution in a fast-paced retail environment is ideal but not essential. Previous experience working in a retail environment is preferred. Committed to working as part of the store team. Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative. A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, customers, and external agencies. Additional Information
