Our primary focus lies in developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio, which includes around 5,000 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value. Responsibilities ·Assisting with a broad range of commercial, transactional, and litigious matters across the group. ·Drafting legal letters and documents. ·Preparing court bundles and documents for issuing at court. ·Working directly with In-House Legal Counsel and senior leadership in regard to the day to legal operations of the group. ·Taking detailed notes of hearings, conferences with counsel and external panel solicitors. ·Legal research in relation to current legislative requirements for the business. ·Deal with legal admin and ad hoc duties. Requirements ·Previous experience working for a national/regional law firm or In-House legal team. ·Previous experience in Property Litigation or General Litigation would be advantageous but not a strict requirement. ·Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. ·The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly.
