My client is a global player in the telecoms and broadband market and as a result of an impressive level of growth, they are looking to expand their legal offering by recruiting a lawyer (Solicitor/CILEx) in a hybrid role based in their Bradford office (2 days in the office, 3 days working remotely).
Candidates interested in applying for this role can expect to be responsible for their own caseload concerning claims made on behalf of brands closely affiliated with my client, in addition to defending claims that have been made against them. My client would be particularly keen to see CVs from lawyers who can demonstrate a background in real estate/commercial property, in addition to those that might have specific experience of handling wayleave/code agreement matters.
This role is open to lawyers who are anywhere between the newly qualified level and anyone with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
