Your Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll oversee project delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Managing scopes of work across multiple projects, ensuring objectives are met. Negotiating effectively with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders. Driving due diligence and ensuring smooth onboarding of contractors. Managing budgets ranging from small works to projects valued at £5m. Ensuring full compliance with NEC and JCT contract frameworks, supporting the organisation’s transition to NEC. What We’re Looking For: Solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with Consultancy experience, and a strong understanding of contractor management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with JCT and NEC forms of contract is essential. Professional qualifications such as RICS (preferred but not essential). What to Expect: Diverse Projects:
