Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including potential stockouts and overstock situations. Manage STEM & Availability for the related portfolio. Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize holding costs and maximize product availability. Implement and maintain inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with Regional Supply & Demand organization to execute forecast & supply & inventory improvement plans. Performance Reporting:
Prepare and present Availability reports and Supply risks. Undertake root cause analysis of OTIFD impact to develop corrective action plans to ensure reliability of supply. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance supply chain performance. Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate and reliable product supply. Address and resolve any supply chain issues that may impact customer service. Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software (e.g., SAP, Excel, Tableau). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential issues. Customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality service. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or a related role.
