05:00-10:00 About the Role We’re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager. You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, while also carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself. You’ll support with recruiting and training your cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets for accurate payroll. Health & Safety is our No.1 priority, so you’ll monitor and manage this for yourself and others on site. We’ll provide you with all the equipment and support you need. To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with prior cleaning experience. You should have been responsible for stock management and time recording, as well as handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management.
