About the role
We’re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager who enjoys supervising teams and delivering a great cleaning service in a retail environment.
You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, while also carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
Responsibilities
You’ll support with recruiting and training your cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets to ensure correct payment.
Flexibility with working times is required to meet business needs.
Health & Safety is our No.1 priority, so you’ll be responsible for monitoring and managing this for yourself and others on site. We’ll provide you with all the equipment and support you need.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with cleaning experience. You will have been responsible for stock management, time recording, and handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management.
