Hybrid model
– Required to work a minimum of 2 days at our Belfast city center office & the remainder from the comfort of your own home. This role offers a yearly salary of £11.48ph

As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for: Explaining and promoting benefits and features of O2 to ensure customers are getting the best products and services tailored to their needs. Ensuring professional call manner and remaining knowledgeable on products/services on offer. Retention of existing clients or upgrades. Upselling and cross-selling of all products and services to customers and prospects. Satisfying customer enquiries on the initial call whenever possible. Thinking quickly and using your own initiative to review customer accounts for potential sale opportunities. Using multiple systems to ensure customers are provided with the correct information tailored to a sale. Keeping your knowledge up to date with the O2 brand and the products/services on offer. Supporting sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products to meet your conversion target as well as other targets. Processing customer payments. Providing the best possible customer experience. To be considered for this role, you need to have the following: Excellent sales skills. 6 months of sales/targets-driven experience gained in a similar environment. PC literate. Ability to navigate multiple systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environment. Demonstrates planning of their own workload and can readily accept training, feedback, and supervision from management. Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets. Exceptionally customer-focused and committed to resolving queries. A quiet place to work at home with a minimum 10mbps broadband speed.
