INBOUND SALES/RETENTION EXECUTIVE JOB PURPOSE

Dealing with inbound enquiries and answering questions while promoting the features and benefits of the business to secure new orders. Also dealing with existing customers and through negotiation and objection handling to retain the customer. Dealing with the end-user consumer.

INBOUND SALES/RETENTION EXECUTIVE DUTIES

Dealing with high volume incoming calls Respond promptly and professionally to new inbound sales enquiries Provide potential customers with relevant information and guidelines Promote the features and benefits to both new and existing customers Assist existing customers with contract renewals to ensure the business is retained Objection handling and negotiation Meet and exceed targets for both new business and retention of existing business Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Adapt to changing customer needs Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer service practices Have continual commercial awareness of changes within the business and the industry as a whole

INBOUND SALES/RETENTION EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication skills A confident self-starter Target and success driven A passion and flair for sales Able to negotiate, handle objections, and close Using effective questioning, able to assess and understand the customers' needs Proactively change your approach to ensure 100% success Passionate about helping people Team player Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent PC skills Problem solver Patient Able to work under pressure Due to location, it is preferred you have your own transport
