Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include providing quotes, following up with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Hours of Work:
This is a full-time office-based role with core hours being 8:30 am to 5 pm. However, the team works on an on-call rota which includes evening and weekend work every 6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Field incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from potential clients. Provide accurate and timely quotes for our specialist cleaning services. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to close sales. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions on the company's CRM system BigChange. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Stay informed about industry trends and our service offerings.
Requirements: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the cleaning or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software, ideally BigChange and other sales tools. Knowledge of the specialist cleaning industry is a plus. Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
