Inbound Sales Manager
to join us. If you have significant experience in
Inbound Sales , we’d love to hear from you. You will be working closely with a great team of people with many years’ industry experience who are supportive, collaborative, and very inclusive. About the role: Be an integral part of the sales team function monitoring and managing online portals and platforms that publish tender opportunities for smart grid projects. Research and identify potential customers and decision makers. Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to establish rapport and trust. Qualify leads and assess they fit with EA Technology’s VisNet solution. Co-ordinate and schedule product demonstrations and presentations with our technical team. Prepare and submit tender responses and proposals. Follow up with prospects and address questions and/or queries. Assist and facilitate with the negotiation of deals with customers and partners. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline on CRM system. Provide line management for the team. What we’ll need from you: A good deal of experience in inbound sales, preferably in the smart grid or energy sector. Proven track record of generating and converting leads and closing deals. Excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online portals. Knowledge of relevant sector (energy DNO etc.) is desirable but not essential.
