Are you an experienced sales professional who knows how to close B2C deals? Our legal services company is seeking a skilled Inbound Sales Maverick to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling our revolutionary Zero Money Down Probate service to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
Receiving and responding to inbound inquiries from prospective clients Meeting and exceeding sales quotas through engaging in phone sales tactics Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction Learning about our Zero Money Down Probate service to effectively describe and explain it to prospects Recording and updating customer information in our CRM system to track progress Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner Meeting deadlines and managing a pipeline of potential sales to achieve success Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to company growth
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, preferably over the phone Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems The ability to learn about our Zero Money Down Probate service and describe/explain it to prospects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships A cool-tempered demeanor and the ability to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints The ability to work USA hours and some weekend availability
Education: While no specific education is required, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. But the main thing we are looking for is proven ability to sell. We are more interested in seeing your sales numbers than certificates :)
