Job Description
As incentives solicitor you will;
Manage and oversee all legal aspects of incentives-related cases
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Provide expert advice on the legal implications of various incentive schemes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relating to incentives
Collaborate with other departments to develop effective incentive schemes
Prepare and review legal documents related to incentives
Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies
The Successful Applicant
A successful incentives solicitors should have/be
A qualified Solicitor, England & Wales or common law jurisdiction
Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations relating to incentives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
