Inclusion Administrator

to play a vital role in promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), assisting with safeguarding concerns and multi-agency support. Provide administrative support for behaviour management, suspensions, exclusions, and inclusion strategies. Collaborate with staff and external agencies to promote positive behaviour and safeguard students. Support the implementation of modified timetables and reintegration plans for students. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and school policies. What We’re Looking For Proven administrative experience in an educational setting, preferably in safeguarding, inclusion, or behaviour support. Strong organisational and IT skills with the ability to manage sensitive information professionally. Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and child protection legislation.
