The Academy 14-16 Provision is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Inclusion Practitioner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment tailored to their individual needs. At The Academy we provide an alternative education pathway for young people aged 14-16. Our inclusive, nurturing approach ensures that every student feels valued and supported, allowing them to build the skills and confidence they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
As an Inclusion Practitioner, you will work with learners who may be facing barriers to learning, including those with SEND, SEMH or other individual needs. You will also work closely with other staff members, families and external agencies to create a cohesive support network for students, helping them to develop resilience, independence and a positive attitude towards learning and their future.
The successful candidate will work 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.
