strategic initiatives
designed to optimise academic achievement for SEND students across the curriculum. Collaborate with the SENCo to deliver
evidence-based
interventions that foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Contribute to the ongoing
evaluation and refinement
of SEND programmes to ensure continuous improvement and maximum student outcomes. We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following: A strong commitment to supporting SEND students and
maximising their academic potential . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to a
