Income Management Officer
required on a temporary basis for 3 months to work for our established client. Yearly salary £33,366 working 37 hours a week.
This is a temporary position, working on a hybrid basis, with visits to tenants' homes, within a 6 mile radius from the office. Please note that hybrid working will begin after 2-3 full weeks spent in the office.
Duties:
Monitor all current accounts in arrears and take action Maximise customer income through welfare benefits and advice Prepare and issue notices of cases for legal action Attend court to present and defend cases Attend evictions, working with bailiffs and locksmiths Other duties stated on formal job specification provided at time of registration
Benefits:
£33,366 per annum £17.34 per hour Mileage paid for off-site tenant meetings
Experience Required:
Previous income management, tenancy management experience Housing law, welfare benefits, debt advice knowledge Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Able to walk up flights of stairs to attend tenancy meetings Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
