12 noon on 4th February The Role Are you passionate about financial management and looking for an exciting leadership role? North Herts Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Income Team Leader to join our Controls, Risk and Performance Team. As the Income Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and administering the Sales Ledger System, Cash Receipting & Income Management system, and overseeing all related upgrades and releases. You will lead a team, provide training, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your role will also involve reconciliation of accounts, managing daily system maintenance, and providing advice and guidance to staff. The Experience You Will Bring You will be AAT qualified and have relevant experience of working with Sales Ledger Financial Management systems and carrying out system administration. You will have experience of working with Control accounts and reconciliation. You will have experience of developing and delivering one-to-one and group training to a variety of audiences. You will possess a high level of attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills, and communication skills. Join Us:
