36 hours About the role: Croydon’s Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service (FJS) delivers a robust approach to tackling violence against women and girls. FJS has 2 permanent full-time IDVA vacancies based at the FJS and working across the community. This Role Includes: Assessing victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence and managing a MARAC case load. Working across partnerships to robustly manage risk. Working with a wide range of services both internal and external. Requirements: An ability to manage complex partnership working with a range of partners including VCS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to use a number of different databases, e.g., Word, Excel, and to interpret data generated from these and other spreadsheets. Able to plan and manage work under pressure and apply prioritization across different areas of work. Represent the local authority in VAWG sectors.
