Permanent Full time (37 hours per week) We are currently looking for a dedicated Independent Living Area Manager to lead our Specialist Housing in delivering high-quality services to our customers. Effectively lead your team, clearly communicating departmental and organisational goals with a strong focus on customer strategy. Maintain comprehensive oversight of all case management within your team, ensuring proactive and preventative measures are implemented. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding by supporting team members in reporting and managing all resident-related cases. Lead efforts in liaising, networking, and negotiating with local authorities and support providers to enhance service delivery. Guide and inspire a specialist team to deliver services to a diverse range of customers with additional or complex needs. We’d love to meet someone with:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a strong team. Extensive experience in tenancy and neighbourhood management. Solid experience working with vulnerable clients and a thorough understanding of safeguarding practices. Excellent knowledge of housing and related legislation, including the management of different tenures. Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with external organisations. Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities. Strong written communication and report writing skills. Amongst what we offer you is:
