You will need to be:
A Qualified Social Worker for a minimum of 5 years PQE.
Desired PAMS or Parent Assess trained, with a certificate to evidence training.
Demonstrate a strong track record in statutory child protection work.
Have strong analytical experience in childcare and child protection.
Have good court skills and be confident in the court arena.
Be able to work independently.
Work to tight deadlines with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach to your work.
Consistently work in a positive manner with professionals and service users.
Social Care Wales Registered.
Full Enhanced DBS.
