Given the unprecedented high level of demand for our services we are rapidly expanding our panel of Independent Social Workers. We are looking for talented Social Workers throughout the Wales.

You may be considering becoming an ISW for the first time or already be an ISW and dissatisfied with the quality of support or level of work you are receiving.

We would love to hear from you.

You will need to be:

A Qualified Social Worker for a minimum of 5 years PQE.

Desired PAMS or Parent Assess trained, with a certificate to evidence training.

You will need to demonstrate a strong track record in statutory child protection work.

Have a strong analytical experience in childcare and child protection.

To have good court skills and be confident in the court arena.

To be able to work independently.

To be able to work to tight deadlines with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach to your work.

To be able to consistently work in a positive manner with professionals and service users.

Social Care Wales Registered

Full Enhanced DBS.
