As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Indian Curry Chef to join our kitchen team. Job Description:

As an Indian Curry Chef at The Six Bells, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a diverse range of Indian curry dishes to meet customer demand. We are specifically seeking a specialist in North Indian cuisine, with expertise in traditional recipes and cooking techniques. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian curry dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection, meeting quality, portion size, and presentation guidelines. Demonstrate a deep understanding of traditional Indian curry flavours and techniques. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Uphold high standards of food quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:

Proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef, preferably specialising in North Indian cuisine. In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking methods. Strong culinary skills with the ability to create authentic and flavourful dishes. Excellent attention to detail and presentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Eligibility to work in the UK. Competitive salary of £26,200 per annum.
