Individual Giving Fundraising Manager Salary:

About the Role: As an Individual Giving Fundraising Manager, your primary focus will be generating leads, acquiring new donors, reactivating lapsed supporters, and delivering creative, engaging experiences to increase support and income. No previous fundraising experience? No problem! If you’re an expert in lead generation and campaign management with a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you. Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering innovative lead generation and donor acquisition strategies, including digital approaches. Creating and managing campaigns across multiple channels to attract and engage new supporters. Managing individual giving programmes, including regular giving initiatives. Supporting high-profile events, including those involving HRH The Princess Royal (Patron). Collaborating with teams to create compelling marketing materials. Building and diversifying the donor base to maximise reach and income. About You: We’re looking for a proactive and driven individual with: Proven expertise in lead generation, campaign management, or a similar field. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Experience managing campaigns and budgets to achieve targets. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A passion for making a difference and a commitment to the charity’s mission to empower communities. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re creative, resourceful, and enjoy working in a small, collaborative team to deliver innovative solutions.
