Join Weston Park Cancer Charity as our Individual Giving Manager to devise and implement strategies and drive impactful campaigns supporting our vital cancer care. Location:

Sheffield Weston Park Cancer Charity seeks an experienced and dedicated Individual Giving Fundraising Manager to lead our individual giving initiatives. In this key role, you will drive campaigns that encourage individuals to support our vital work, including our well-established Christmas Star appeal and other exciting new fundraising ventures. You will collaborate with the Fundraising, Campaign, and Data teams to develop innovative strategies that increase donations and engagement across South Yorkshire, Bassetlaw, and North Derbyshire. This is an opportunity to shape our individual giving approach and directly impact its ability to provide crucial support for our cancer patients. Who we are

At Weston Park Cancer Charity, we believe no one should face cancer alone. Every day, we stand by patients and families in South Yorkshire, Bassetlaw, and North Derbyshire, offering support, hope, and care during their most difficult times. Our free services help people live with and beyond cancer, and the funds we raise enable groundbreaking research and clinical trials that bring us closer to a world where cancer no longer changes everything. Together, we are committed to ensuring every person facing cancer knows they’re not alone, and that we’ll be there every step of the way. About the role

As the Individual Giving Manager, you will strategically shape Weston Park Cancer Charity’s individual giving programs. You will be responsible for planning and implementing targeted fundraising campaigns to increase individual donations and build long-term donor relationships. Key responsibilities include: Leading the creation and execution of individual giving campaigns, focusing on recruitment, retention, and growth of supporters. Developing strategic initiatives such as introducing a charity lottery and leveraging digital platforms for donor acquisition. Collaborating with the Campaign and Data teams to ensure data-driven decisions that optimise fundraising efforts. Contributing to the charity’s fundraising strategy and annual plans to meet ambitious growth targets. Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking individual giving fundraiser who is passionate about making a difference. In lieu of direct experience, we’d also consider at least three years of experience in other income streams, sales, or business development. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and data analysis skills, as well as expertise in managing digital platforms. A can-do attitude, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment are essential.
