31/08/2024 Details We are looking for Industrial Paint Sprayers / Industrial Coatings Applicators who are reliable team players, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels. You must also be willing to travel and to work out of hours including weekends.

Positions offered in Norwich and surrounding areas - although we work nationwide, so some contracts are further afield. Your key responsibilities in this position are: Expert Coating Application:

Prioritise thorough surface preparation and apply coatings precisely to improve durability and appearance. Safety Champions:

Adhere to safety rules and regulations to establish a secure work environment. Efficient Project Management:

Effectively manage time, coordinate tasks with the team, and meet project deadlines. Equipment Maintenance:

Take care of tools and keep them in good condition. Effective Communication:

Share updates, clarify project requirements, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful project outcomes, ensuring effective communication with clients. You will already have or will quickly develop the following knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this position: Surface Preparation:

Skilled in preparing surfaces for coatings using various methods like blasting, power tools, and solvents. Coatings Knowledge:

Understand different types of coatings, including application methods and thickness requirements. Equipment Operation:

Proficient in operating and maintaining equipment. Safety and Compliance:

Committed to promoting health and safety and understanding legal responsibilities. Quality Control:

Experienced in inspecting coatings for thickness, uniformity, adhesion, and appearance using gauges, test equipment, and documentation. Effective Communication:

Skilled in clear and collaborative communication, addressing concerns, and maintaining professional relationships. Project Management:

Proficient in planning, resource management, risk management, quality assurance, problem-solving, and documentation. Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Salary: £28k-£35k basic (depending on experience and qualifications) Overtime at 1.5 x salary Staying away bonus (plus meal allowance) Company van Company fuel card Company pension Paid training Death in service benefit
