Industrial Disease Solicitor / Fee Earner One of our clients, a leading Top 200 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join their team. This role requires an expert in personal injury litigation, with a focus on military claims and industrial disease (Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Short Tail & Long Tail diseases). You will manage a varied caseload of complex, high-value cases, ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities:
Manage litigated and pre-litigated military and industrial disease claims. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and case law. Handle high-value and complex cases with strong decision-making skills. Achieve financial targets and contribute to team profitability. Provide exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships. Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with 5/10 years' PQE. Experience with Ministry of Defence claims and industrial disease cases. Strong knowledge of CPR and court document drafting. Excellent communication, organisational, and advocacy skills. Proficiency in PROCLAIM or similar case management software.
