Solicitor – Occupational Disease – Liverpool – Up to £50k + Excellent Benefits Package + Generous Bonus Scheme As the firm’s industrial disease department continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a solicitor to manage a caseload focused on Hand Arm Vibrations, Short Tail, and Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims. The ideal candidate will have experience with disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documents, and a solid understanding of the litigation process. In this role, you will handle complex cases, including investigating quantum and liability, and reviewing records. The firm offers comprehensive training and support, with excellent opportunities for development and career progression.
