Wigan or Warrington Salary/Rate: £38,000 - £40,000 basic plus car allowance on top plus commission Job description Overview: My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager/ Divisional Manager or Managing Consultant who ideally has a strong Industrial sector background. However, my client will consider candidates from Engineering, Logistics, Commercial, or Engineering/Manufacturing sectors, where you have had billing success, to join their established Wigan branch or reopen and launch their Warrington branch. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude towards business development, demonstrate tenacity in overcoming challenges, exude enthusiasm and energy, and possess a strong likeability factor for building rapport with new clients and chasing new business/accounts. This role requires industry focus in any of the above sectors where you have had success, either in temps or perms. The ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit to excel in my client's fast-paced and rewarding markets. Key Responsibilities: Grow and develop the Wigan branch to its full potential, working with the established team as a billing Manager and taking full responsibility for business development. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your specialist sector, chase down leads, establish connections, and cultivate relationships to expand the client base. Reopen and launch my client's Warrington branch. Exhibit tenacity to overcome setbacks and challenges with resilience and determination. Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and energy to drive success. Build strong and positive relationships with new contacts, clients, and candidates. Develop a deep understanding and passion for your specialist sector and stay informed about industry trends. Execute daily tasks consistently, recognizing that consistency is key to success. Strive to be the best and stand out in the market with a competitive nature. Continue to grow your team of Recruitment Consultants and ensure they meet KPIs/Budget.
