The Role: As an Influencer Account Manager at our agency, you will be an essential part of our influencer proposition, covering the full range of influencer work. You will play a critical role in contributing to the influencer strategy, recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendar, and budgets. Your strategic thinking and creativity will help develop best-in-class ongoing influencer programs for our diverse range of clients, integrating them into the overall strategy for owned, earned, and paid channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting. You will work collaboratively with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and all other stakeholders – internal and external, to deliver exceptional campaigns for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing the influencer database, ensuring it is up-to-date, and staying informed about cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes. Key Responsibilities: Actively contribute to the Influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets. Align and collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and all other stakeholders, internal and external, to deliver best-in-class campaigns for our clients. Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships to help deliver the influencer program for clients. Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting. Maintain and build successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations. Present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients. Manage the influencer database and ensure it is up-to-date. Stay informed about cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes. Assist in the development and participation in promoting our influencer offering across the business. Support additional projects as required, such as new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive trends. A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience in the field. Self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude. A keen interest in all things social and an avid follower of relevant news and trends. Requirements: Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred. Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships. The ability to remain optimistic under pressure. Strong experience in key stakeholder management. A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilizing new industry developments and technology. Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.
