An Influencer & UGC Executive plays a key supporting role in the execution and performance of Influencer and UGC marketing campaigns. This role involves assisting with influencer identification, sourcing, negotiations and communication to help drive team goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for influencer marketing, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for identifying talent.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career, eager to develop skills in influencer and UGC marketing.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Sourcing & Analysis Assist in sourcing potential creators, providing analysis based on standard performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, audience demographics). Support the organisation and categorisation of influencer and UGC talent for future reference. Develop awareness of standard influencer rates, contributing to benchmarking and assisting in negotiations. Clearly and personably communicate with influencers during negotiations and throughout the campaign. Campaign Support & Performance Assist in data collection and analysis to support performance forecasting and reporting. Execute assigned tasks to contribute to overall team objectives, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Communication & Creative Ideation Manage influencer collaboration inboxes, responding to enquiries and maintaining clear communication. Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and client-facing meetings. Contribute ideas during creative workshops and brainstorming sessions. Develop a foundational understanding of influencer marketing activations and their impact on wider campaigns. Organisation & Task Management Prioritise tasks with guidance from managers, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows run smoothly. Support time planning by providing hands-on assistance with influencer coordination and project management. Maintain a basic level of organisation in personal tasks to effectively contribute to team workflow.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Creative & Strategic Expertise Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms. Interest in the influencer industry, with the ability to contribute ideas and identify talent for our clients. Developing communication skills, able to craft clear and concise emails and responses. Organisation & Task Management Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple collaborations at one time. Detail-oriented and efficient in handling administrative tasks, contributing to team-wide productivity. Communication & Collaboration Clear communicator, both written and verbal, capable of maintaining influencer relationships and providing internal updates. Collaborative team player, contributing to group discussions and brainstorming sessions. Requirements: Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and talent partnerships. An understanding of influencer platforms and performance metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail. Ability to adapt to new challenges and take initiative in problem-solving.
