We’re looking for a superbly Wild Influencer Marketing Executive (DE) to join our German Influencer Team. This role will be based in our London HQ. Please note this is a junior/entry level role. About the role: The Influencer Marketing team is the growth engine of Wild and works at the intersection of sales, influencer marketing, and growth. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness, and sales through campaign activations. role, where your primary task will be to drive business growth by sourcing and delivering campaigns with influencers, creators, and celebrities across different social platforms. This is a great opportunity to take responsibility and push your own initiatives in a high-growth environment. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly organised and motivated to deliver exceptional sales results and help take Wild to the next stage of growth in the DACH market. Some of your responsibilities: New business development: Discover and establish relationships with influencers, negotiate campaigns, and drive website sales. Market knowledge: Build influencer pipelines in the DACH market, and establish new marketing channels to drive sales and ROI. Responsible for outreach, campaign planning, and ensuring quality content is always delivered from our talent partners. Channel Management: Help drive our creator marketing strategy and execution across various social channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Podcasts. Target driven: Ownership over budgets and ambitious revenue targets. Ensure quality content is always delivered from our talent partners in a timely manner. Cross team collaboration: Support other growth initiatives when necessary. Data: Keep track of progress and results, and use data to understand how we can optimise our strategy. Market knowledge: Either from Germany or have very strong knowledge of the social media landscape in the German market. Being fluent in German is mandatory (both written and spoken). Resilience: This is primarily a sales role, so you must be resilient, results-focused, and data-driven. You are also not afraid of expressing your opinions. Effective time management: Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and open to getting involved with a variety of different tasks. Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bringing energy to any environment you enter. Target driven: Highly motivated to exceed sales targets and work independently. Previous experience in sales, digital marketing, or influencer marketing role is a plus!
