About the Team: The influencer marketing team is the growth engine of CurrentBody and works at the intersection of influencer marketing and partnerships. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness, and sales through campaign activations. About the Role: We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who is passionate about beauty tech and is results-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven influencer marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, engagement, and sales across multiple channels. We’re looking for a candidate with proven experience working towards specific KPIs, including campaign performance metrics, influencer engagement rates, and revenue growth. Formulate and implement a high-impact influencer marketing strategy across multiple territories that aligns with CurrentBody's focus on driving brand awareness and sales growth. Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring all activities are aligned with business objectives and driving measurable results. Define KPIs and targets for each campaign, regularly monitoring performance. Analyse campaign performance data including engagement rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI to derive actionable insights. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and content creators to drive collaboration and ensure brand alignment. The ideal candidate should be confident in coaching and mentoring a team. Manage influencer budgets effectively, negotiating contracts to maximise ROI while ensuring impactful campaign execution. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to refine influencer marketing strategies. Plan and execute influencer events and product launches, ensuring each event is designed to achieve specific business targets and drive engagement. Candidate Requirements: Influencer Marketing Experience:

Strong background in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling successful campaigns within the beauty, wellness, or tech industries. Budget Management:

Experience in overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maximising impact. Proven Campaign Results:

Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Team Management:

Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture and driving target achievement. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics. Innovative Thinking:

Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative and effective campaign strategies that resonate with audiences and drive results. Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling pitches and building strong influencer relationships. Project Management:

Strong project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
