THE ROLE As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for someone to join our team as an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist who is responsible for looking after all influencer activity outside of the UK. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will:

Develop and implement a comprehensive global influencer marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Leverage data and analytics to inform influencer selection and strategy, vet and build strong relationships with influencers and local agencies across multiple regions and platforms. Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, agencies, and regional teams. Collaborate with influencers to produce authentic, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences and meets campaign goals, including hosting collaborative content ideation sessions. Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms. Define campaign goals, KPIs, and performance metrics and track and analyze performance to identify key insights and opportunities for optimization and future strategy. Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Manage budgets for influencer marketing initiatives and ensure campaigns deliver cost-effective results. Negotiate contracts and partnerships ensuring value. Customize influencer strategies to fit cultural nuances and preferences of different international markets and ensure we are adhering to local compliance in different countries. Work with the events team to manage influencers' attendance and content creation at events. WHO YOU ARE To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills/knowledge/experience: Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, tools, and platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and vision to craft compelling campaigns. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of legal and compliance requirements, including FTC guidelines for influencer partnerships. Knowledge of international markets and cultural differences affecting consumer behavior. Familiarity with influencer/marketing software and tools (e.g., Sauce, Shopify). Proven experience in influencer marketing, with previous experience in a global or regional role. Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns with measurable outcomes. Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms. Background in social media, content marketing, or brand management is a plus.
