An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Information and Improvement Manager, within the Children and Families Care Group. The role will have lead responsibility for the development and application of management information systems and the production of data to drive delivery and improvement in preventative community-based services for young children and their families across Merthyr Cynon and Rhondda Taff Ely whilst working collaboratively with a wide range of services and partners. Qualifications
Educated to Master's Degree level or equivalent experience In-depth knowledge of health & social care management systems - WPAS/Qlik/WCCIS Advanced knowledge of IT systems Knowledge of health/education/social care community services pathways Knowledge of NHS policies, safeguarding policies, WG/local government policies Prince 2 or MSP qualification Experience
Planning and delivery of projects Managing and developing services Developing and writing business cases Experience of developing and providing reports to commissioners/Welsh government Experience of developing and managing data systems and producing, analysing, and interpreting complex data in relation to patients/service users Experience of coordinating multi-agency services for young children and their families.
