Background The Information Management team ensures secure and efficient management of unstructured data and legal records. This role focuses on processing hard copy legal records, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the organisation’s system and securely stored off-site.
Objective The consultant will manage the receipt, processing, and secure storage of legal records, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Scope of Work
Appraising, indexing, scanning, and filing documents in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Training staff on records management procedures. Supporting the transition of services to a third-party provider. Candidate Requirements and Skills Experience in records management, preferably within a corporate or financial environment. Strong knowledge of EDMS and records management best practices. Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to train staff and provide user support. Strong communication skills.
