Information Manager / BIM Champion / Design Manager

Location: West Sussex Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 p/annum

Duties:

Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across multiple projects Coordinate and centralize data from architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows Maintain and improve data exchange protocols, ensuring accurate information reaches site teams on time Act as the BIM Champion within the company, promoting BIM standards and best practices Oversee the integration of design and construction data within a Common Data Environment (CDE) Identify and resolve design-related issues before they impact project timelines, enhancing on-site efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Design Manager, Information Manager, BIM Champion or similar role within the construction or architecture industry In-depth understanding of BIM methodologies, particularly in data and information management Proficient in industry-standard BIM software, including Revit, BIM360, Procore, and other CDE’s Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive BIM initiatives effectively Excellent communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants Commitment to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry advancements in digital construction
