Who we are looking for State Street seeks to recruit an Information Protection Governance Program Analyst able to perform governance functions and deliverables within the Information Protection Management Program. This includes gathering, analyzing, and enriching data for utilization on scorecards and related governance reporting related to DLP, Key, Encryption and/or Certificate Management within the State Street environment. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of certificate management, issuance, expiration, and revocation within a corporate environment. What you will be responsible for As an Information Protection Governance Program Analyst you will: Produce regular reporting related to the governance of the certificate management program to assess compliance with the Information Protection Standard. Distribute reporting to various committees, councils, and regulatory reporting forums as required. Engage with teams across State Street and vendors to perform related governance functions. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Education & Preferred Qualifications Experience with information protection or related functions demonstrated through work, military, or education. Experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, tracking, and reporting demonstrated through work, military, or education. Strong background in cyber security, key management, public cloud security, private cloud security, certificate management, and IoT device management.
