Key Role:
Leverage expertise to plan, design, install, maintain, upgrade, and retire IT systems. Install and maintain data servers and network equipment, monitor the day-to-day performance of servers, maintain an optimally controlled environment for servers, and troubleshoot network and server problems. Perform urgent repairs outside of normal business hours. Design, install, configure, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure to meet business needs, and monitor and troubleshoot problems. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed. Basic Qualifications:
Experience planning, designing, installing, maintaining, upgrading, and retiring IT systems. Experience installing and maintaining data servers and network equipment, including monitoring the day-to-day performance of servers, maintaining an optimally controlled environment for servers, and troubleshooting network and server problems. Ability to problem-solve, conduct system analysis, apply critical thinking, and multitask to solve network issues promptly. Ability to perform urgent repairs outside of normal business hours, as needed. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment or Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment. Clearance:
