Report Writing In Person Customer Facing Meetings Defender for Endpoint/365/Intune/Business Premium Experience At Scale within MSP Configuring and monitoring security solutions Designing and implementing process for security alerts and remediation within an MSP environment. Designing and implementing compliance/security planning to provide value for end customers. Automation
Critical Thinking and planning of automation planning internal and external Developing and maintaining MSP RMM System Automating Software Deployment Custom Monitoring and Automated Remediation of IT Systems PowerShell scripting, writing and maintaining Knowledge of Rest based APIs with low code solutions such as Rewst General IT Management:
Escalation point for technical queries and issues Working experience with configuration, maintaining at a senior level EntraID Including Conditional Access and Advanced Features Windows Server Windows Desktop Group Policy Experience of Networking such as Network Switches/Firewalls/Wi-Fi Access Points
