IT Manager | Retail industry | Hybrid office working, 2x a week | up to £65,000 + bonus We are delighted to be partnered with a fast-paced, innovative organization, who have taken their market by storm. They are now on the search for an ambitious, motivated IT manager to join and support them in their continuous growth. As a member of their small but fast-growing tech team, you will help ensure their customer-facing services and solutions align with their scale up. Taking full ownership of their IT infrastructure, you'll have the opportunity to have a real impact on how the business operates, supporting the core systems that the business functions are built upon. This role will be perfect for you if you have experience working in dynamic environments, where no two days are the same. Responsibilities Leading the IT infrastructure across business applications and end user support services across all UK locations Strive to set a high technical standard, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and policies Presenting a strong technical understanding to the team, with the ability to provide demonstrations when required to do so Drive the technology roadmap to promote enhancements across the IT domain, and in doing so, minimise business risk Working closely with key stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to ensure successful delivery Managing budgeting across the IT team, honouring a cost-effective approach Must-haves At least 5 years' experience in business and IT management (with some experience in retail, ideally) Experience with networking technologies (e.g. LAN, WAN, VPNs) Experience managing MSP's Experience with MS technologies: Azure, M365 Proficient in Python, Powershell Familiarity with ERP A sound understanding of information analysis and hardware/software Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments Experience integrating RESTful APIs Benefits Excellent training Performance-related bonus Fun social and team-building events Location: Greater London, hybrid working If you'd like to hear more about this exciting opportunity, please submit your application for consideration!
