What You’ll Do: Deliver efficient and secure IT services. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain security and compliance. Support the implementation of products and provide ongoing support to external clients. Desired Skills, Experience and Certifications: IT management + System performance optimisation. Managing SLA's/ KPIs. Experience with financial technology. Knowledge of AI technologies in finance. Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT management or finance.
