JOB TITLE: Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Expert LOCATION: London, Manchester, Northampton, Chippenham SALARY: Up to £45,000 with £60,000 OTE SETTING: Hybrid 3/2 split following successful probation period We are looking for a Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Expert to join our Technical Pre-Sales team, focusing on modernizing customer infrastructures with performance-driven, secure solutions. You’ll collaborate with customers to address their challenges and design end-to-end solutions using a mix of on-premises, cloud, or hybrid strategies. This role involves working with key vendors like HPE, Dell, Cisco, and Aruba to deliver competitive, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers modernize and scale their infrastructure. Design, assess, and implement tailored end-to-end HI solutions for customers of all sizes. Keep up-to-date with market trends and vendor solutions, maximizing solution profitability and technical accuracy. Leverage tools to architect, size, and configure HI solutions, turning basic requests into comprehensive opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and service partners. Required Skills and Traits : Technical Expertise : Experience in server and data center solutions, understanding of key vendor products (HPE, Dell, Cisco, etc.), and a strong grasp of enterprise hardware and software. Strategic Thinking : Ability to convert technical challenges into business opportunities. Communication Skills : Excellent ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to clients. Problem Solving : Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and translate them into efficient, secure solutions. Self-Motivation : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate within a team.
