We are seeking a proactive
IT Service Desk Analyst
to deliver exceptional IT support and customer service. This hybrid role offers a great opportunity to develop technical expertise while contributing to a high-performing IT service desk. The Role: Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents. Log and manage tickets effectively, troubleshooting desktop, application, and AV issues. Support technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics, laptops, and mobile devices. Escalate major incidents promptly, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication. The Candidate: Extensive experience in IT Service Desk roles, ideally across multiple environments. Strong technical skills in Office 365, Microsoft OS, and Active Directory administration. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. The Package: Basic salary:
Up to £28,000 + 7.5% on-target bonus. Benefits include: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy up to 10 extra days). Pension scheme: up to 5% matched + additional 5%.
