As an IT Support Coordinator, you'll be the backbone that ensures the company is enabling staff to thrive. The role in a nutshell:
Be the go-to expert for all things IT within the organisation. Provide top-notch IT support. Manage cutting-edge IT equipment and ensure seamless operation of IT systems. Collaborate with external IT service providers to ensure the swift resolution of all issues. Recommend system improvements and provide invaluable support to our staff. Troubleshoot tech issues. Train new starters and colleagues on the latest software. Be a confident and tech-savvy person who’s ready to dive into exciting projects, support office events, and be the hero who keeps their digital world spinning smoothly. Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrable proficiency in IT support and coordination. Full understanding of Microsoft 365, specifically administrative systems. Knowledge of GDPR compliance and IT security. Ability to recommend and implement IT improvements. Experience with IT project management and third-party coordination. Proactive approach. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Confident people person who’s comfortable communicating with all levels of seniority.
