IT / Digital / Technology Systems Support - £30-40k, Middlesborough - 1:30pm finish on Friday
Job Overview
Do you want to work on a more varied technical support role, rather than a typical IT support desk? Working for a Global company that specializes in industrial services and manufacturing of industrial equipment, you will be responsible for maintaining their vast technology stack which will involve detailed work on Microsoft Azure, including server management, migration, and DBA duties. In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of business systems across multiple platforms. You will assist the Service Desk in a 1st/2nd Line capacity, handling digital support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additionally, you will contribute to IT support process improvements, collaborate with other teams, and support junior staff members, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems while maintaining continuous system monitoring and maintenance. This is a varied role where you will be supporting any digital and technology across. There is a lot of project work, and the chance to work on a wide range of technologies – rather than typical IT support just fixing laptops. You will get exposure to lots of applications and systems. Requirements
The role requires a strong foundation in ITIL practices, with service desk experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft products and ITSM systems. There may be some requirements to travel to sites, so a full driving license is required. Benefits
