£26,000 - £34,000 per annum About the Role: My client is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT systems in their Reading-based office. This role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and contributing to IT projects, offering opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications. Troubleshoot Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory issues. Assist in system upgrades, new technology deployments, and IT projects. Document processes and train end-users on IT best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience in IT support with expertise in Azure and Office 365. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
